Brian Sebaaly is a personal injury attorney who represents victims of personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and defective products. A native New Yorker raised in the Buffalo area, Brian graduated in 2005 from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Brian graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Brian was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, and is also a member of the bar in Georgia and New York. Brian has also been admitted into the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Brian concentrates his practice in the area of Personal Injury.
In 2008, Brian began his legal career working for a plaintiff firm representing clients in both personal injury and workers’ compensation. Brian went on to work as an in-house counsel for a nationwide insurance carrier in the Jacksonville area and for a defense firm specializing in trucking defense. After years spent defending insurance carriers, Brian returned to plaintiff work after realizing his desire to represent and help those who were injured by the negligence of others.
Brian is an active member of the Sarasota community and is currently the Head Coach of the Men’s Wrestling Team at Riverview High School. As a former college wrestler Brian is able to share experience and knowledge with his wrestlers.
